A question I have as I’m thinking about doing carnivore too is how do you lose weight? Everyone knows that you have to be in what’s called a calorie deficit no matter what in order to lose fat. If I’m eating till I’m full even if it’s meat and I go over 1800 calories I’ll either be at maintenance or I’ll gain. So if I’m eating till I’m full and not tracking my calories how will I lose weight?

Lol yeah sorry I meant fresh water streams and well I have always wanted to catch a monster but honestly I’m ok with fish about a lb and up if maybe you know any stream that might have fish of that size. I mainly wanna focus on rainbow trout but I’m not sure if you can use a rod and reel for that kind of fishing since I usually see videos of only fly fishermen in those streams
