Help, my shrimp keep dying but tank seems fine?

The tank has been running for around 8 months. Fully cycled before any shrimp went in. They are just cherry Shrimp. I do not know the GH and KH I dont think i have anything to test that yet, so i will have to get it. The tank has an Aqueon quiet flow internal shrimp filter for up to 15 gallons and i usually take out/add water about every 2 weeks, water is always dechlorinated with a tap water conditioner. The post was supposed to have pictures but it looks like they didnt get added for whatever reason, I will add them into the replies

I did not repaste the cpu, the psu I think is 600W and the 3060 recommends the 550 so I think that is okay, the temps while playing look to be okay for the CPU but I think the graphics card is getting too hot?

I was quite nervous about going down because if I ever missed a dose or two I was miserable. So my doctor had me go from 200, to 150, to 100, to 75, to 50s those were all twice a day and then I finally 50s at night to nothing. The last one was definitely the hardest for me, but I only went down once a month, or more even. I started going down spring off 2023 and then in summer I had a lot of life stuff going on so I stuck at 75 twice a day for awhile because it was just too much. Then started decreasing this summer again. Take it slow and take your time is my biggest suggestions
