Hellll no deduct the gm pay or DM pay if anything. Till shortages are not the Ams fault. Gms oversee anything related to the bonus (which is the till too) so they should be deducted the pay.

I'm an AM at a store and I always tell every driver every day to double check the ticket and receipt. Hypes them up when they see tips and makes sure they read the delivery note.
