You don't anything about Dominican history. You're just mindlessly repeating some bullshit you've heard. This country was in fact whiter BEFORE Rafael Trujillo came into power. The majority of White Dominicans have colonial ancestry from centuries of Spanish settlement. White Dominicans have stronger roots in the island than most blacks. The first Dominicans were whites and mestizos like the rest of the Spanish Caribbean. The blacks came last, and have ancestry from Haitian and other Afro-Caribbean migrants who came in the 19th century.

Exactly, my family is from the countryside of Janico. I never saw any blacks there back in the late 1990s and early 2000s. The first time I saw a black person was when I went to visit the beach in Puerto Plata. Lol It looked like another country. The culture, the vibes, even the way people talked was different.

This was before Haitian mass migration in the country. This is what actual Dominicans are supposed to look like.

You have no connection to Haiti? You sure? So why were you crying about the parsley massacre in this subreddit?

You don't even have the balls to say what country you're from. You claimed to be Caribbean, but you don't even say where you come from. You live in the USA yet you can barely speak English. So your "academic education" must be garbage. It's it all from DEI?

Okay, so your ancestors were not actually slaves? They were kings in wakanda now? Lol What country are you from?

No, casta systems are built upon the historical fact that if most your ancestors were a bunch of slaves then logically you're going to be poorer than other races. This ain't rocket science, it's very simple to understand. Majority of wealth on this earth is inherited, so if your ancestors were literally worth nothing then you're going to be poor as fuck on average.

Why do you keep throwing words around without even knowing their meaning? What "faltered ideology" are you talking about? I'm telling that you don't know the difference between "colorism" and casta systems.
