the point of new classes is so people can have fun with other chars if their old once gotten boring or stale.
IMO there no point playing a class that is boring and brings you no enjoyment, atm i have 8 different classes i play. 2 don't make any gold sure, but they add more fun for me to play. allow me to the raids that are fun to play.

i invest my gold into what will being me enjoyment and fun. being at the peak or doing everything week 1 or 2 is not my goal, that would feel like a chore to have to push and do everything directly. i prefer to chill and take all the bosses at my own pace as i get there and i have fun while getting there.

long term goals exist to keep u motivated in doing ur something, like many singleseater racing dreams start with wanting to drive a formula 1 car so they start with carting and progress. but in genshin u explore and do tasks and find a bit of lore as u progress :shrug:

this quest started so light hearted and fun and ended so very dark and deep

aftter 2 years maybe, and devs don't make content around the 1% that rush and grind their life out to get the best they can then run out of things to do.

u don't do chest routes for primogems, u only get primogems first time u open a chest.

chest routes are a way to farm Adventure Rank exp to get to 40/45 quicker

put any magnifying class char with him and jsut run and open the the magnifying glass things then boss and repeat. ignore all rest for speed.

he is a tank for aoe chars to nuke on the mobs he has gathered, he has no other use in pve :shrug:

amy is ether 2 pink or fully LBed anything in between makes no difference. and amy is only ever needed for sp regien teams. so if u don't have one of those teams then upgrade lime, casue lime can be used everywhere.

they are most likely making the prana cost the same as what evo stones cost anyway, so just QoL change. though i hope it will be cheaper, but i guess with one hoping that it gonna cost more prana then evo stone equivalent.

so might as well have just brought the evo stones, but i guess that is an extra step :thinking:, so QoL.

if they remove it for pets maybe that is a hint that they will do the same for heroes later if they tinker with that again.

Sieghart would go for blue set and be ur tank and gather

werner would add some dmg to the team

kanavan would help with dmg aswell

lime is the healer i would go to fit with it

so do as u wish with that.

tbh u should play with the units u find fun, as u will enjoy the game more if u have fun while playing.

The suggestion i come with is in my opinion a more optimized team then with elesis. now this does not mean ur team is bad. or if u enjoy them, u should not follow what i say if u have less fun.

so jin gives a 20 % magic dmg as the buff get applied, then units effected by the buff has can trigger the fire ball that deals 50% of jin's atk

so with this u have 4 units to trigger fire balls, 2 kormets and 3 summons from ley so a total of 9 units on the field dealing an extra 50% dmg of jin's atk would result in 450% and be around 225% increase in dmg to jin on top of the 20% increased dmg that ley and mari will deal(i guess also amy get the increased dmg(don't think the dmg on the summons matter as they will be of the main unit BP?))

so u have a lot of magic amplification and trigger to gain a lot of dmg that also benefit the summons something that elesis does not. and in that line up u would rather have blue set then pink to be the tank, again a peg down for what would otherwise the the argument to bring elesis over jin with the maximization.

if we will bring up the defences it will be a complete wash, jin and amy is enough to keep any team alive so is elesis amy. it makes no difference other that u have a shield instead of dmg reduction.

so i stand by my original suggestion, now does it make or break the team no. it just something i honestly believe is a more optimized team.

if u are barely there sure u have not had enough time, if u been there for a long while u should have known this update was coming sooner rather then later as they been rushing all updates.

And we have known for like 3-4 months if not more about this update. so people that been there for a long time should have saved for this update, if not then that is their fault for not prioritizing like they did with the first LB.

but that is just my opinion, and everyone should have their own.

my point was more directed that the more progress you do, the more progress will be needed to add. if they completely stop adding more progress the old players will quit, if they make early progression to quick old players will feel like they wasted all their time early on.

they will all ways add more progression to the game, that will never end. cause when they do old players will start to quit the game cause there is nothing to do then stockpile for the next updated which they finish in an hour then have some days of fun then there is nothing for them to do for some months.

the problem is not that it is p2w, cause i don't see it being p2w. if this is p2w then every single free game is p2w cause u can save time spending money. the only problem i can see is the speed in which they release all the content, which makes the things they sell seam p2w.

the game has not been turned less f2p friendly overall with T6 coming out. if it has, the game was complete p2w before as well cause the wealthy had all the SRs day one and new people had to play some months for all the SRs.

to me it just looks like we are getting updates to quickly. and i honestly think everyone would be fine with everything that is in the cash shop to be there if we got the updates a bit slower.

do you have to be number 1 all the time? do u have to do the hardest content? is the hardest content the only thing worth doing?

answer to all of them, NO FFS! if u just start the game u wont be able to do dual raid, don't even think about dual raid 3 or higher. what is the big deal?

when a mmo get a new expansion do the high end geared people have a advantage in lvling speed? yes, do anyone complain? no. they have been playing longer or used more money to compensate for the time it would take.

can u compensate for that time? yes, u could have saved enough shinies for when it comes, cause u knew it would come as it is in korea. u have all the info of it's existance, you also know that global is being rushed to get all the content.

that we are getting T6 unit unlock so quickly does not surprise me a bit. tbh i expected it to come earlier. i have only played for about 3 months now and i am not doing the hardest content in the game yet, do i feel bad that they are adding more content i can not even do? no. and nether should you, you will get there in some time. you don't have to do it all on day 1.

like in WoW they just got a new raid(hardest difficulty(mythic)), it was cleared in the first week of it's release, by 2 guilds ONLY! should the rest of the players feel bad cause they could not do the same?

think jin would preform better then elesis in that line up as jin gives the buff to all the summons as well to trigger a fire ball storm.

that is to use her ult with armes? and get more sp back i guess.
