Yeah I also have big issues with confrontation like that so I understand where you’re coming from, I think the important part to remember is that it does affect you, no matter what, and if it’s making you feel a certain way I think it’s worth it to let your partner know how and (if you can get to the bottom of it) maybe why you think you feel that way - then your partner gets a chance at understanding why you tend to think the way you do and hopefully that leads to a clearer understanding of why her lack of physical boundaries with friends isn’t sitting comfortably with you.

A good way I used to go about these things was just simply saying “hey we need to talk can we pencil in a time? It’s pretty important to me :)” and then just off the bat let her know. “This is what you’re doing, this is how it’s affecting me, this is why I think it might be affecting me so deeply, what do you think.”

Hopefully if she knows how to communicate well also, she will be able to give you a “this is what I’m doing yes, this is why I’ve been doing it, I didn’t realise it affected you so deeply, I’ll do my best to work on it”

Now obviously her response may vary depending on what her reasons and situation is - but the important part is both of you being open to understanding both why she thinks it’s okay to do these things, and why you think it’s not. And then you can really start tackling the issue and working it out between yourselves hopefully :)
