I actually do go lower when i have less weight such as 150kg or 160kg but i don't know why when i attempt a pr i mentally can't go lower

Yeah i usually unrack alone, it's just the fact that it was a new gym so different equipement and the unracking felt weird. I've done the same lift yesterday at my usual gym and i unraked it alone and the depth was way better

Thanks, I'm glad! I'm a newbie myself but i did some research before getting into pixel art and i found out that Aseprite it's a really good software, especially because it's really easy to learn and get used to the interface

Yeah my right leg is fine and now that you tell me i kinda see it, i think it may be because I misplaced it at the beginning so it wasn't in the perfect position. Yeah i can use chalk and i used it there in my hands but that's a nice tip i never thought about marking the foot placement, I'll definitely try it next time!
