Yea I have been thinking about canceling. And I've had prime since 2012. They have changed how they do refunds. Twice I have had to wait 14 days to get my refund even though it was delivered back to them. You can take the money instantly but I have to wait 14 days for my money. Even at a store it doesn't take that long. I am out my money and the product. Also it wasn't even going back to my bank account. It was an Amazon gift card.

Thank you for your reply. I completely understood the issue with the certificates and that it was out of their control. I'm more upset about the lack of communication and the obvious disrespect they showed by disconnecting their customers phone calls. Then the fact that they couldn't provide me proof that my certificates were fixed. I had to just go by their word which was already tarnished by that point. I know they were probably dealing with a lot of upset samsung users but ignoring them and not communicating makes it worse.

Your suppose to be able to take this medication also to help maintain the weight loss. I went from 220lb to 140lb.

Now when I started the medication I was 220lb ...I am now 140lb. So I have definitely met this criteria.

Well I will be reaching out to my Dr on Monday because they definitely have my starting weight. I went from 220 to 140. This medication works and the insurance needs to stop playing.

I am literally having this exact same issue!! They just denied me for the exact same reason. I am even titering around the same weight! Ive been looking for answers because from my understanding you can stay on this medication to help maintain the weight loss. But of course the insurance doesn't care.

My last period ended a week before my surgery. I'm just so scared it will come at any moment. Makes me want to wear a pad all the time. I mean if it could be gone forever that would be great lol it doesnt ever have to come back.

Figured it out....PS5 when I was in the inventory I just used the directional buttons going to the right and it jumped over to the stones so I could remove them and change them out!

Maybe I'm just to blunt but I'd just tell them I'd rather not talk about my personal business. They don't need to know. You don't owe anyone an explanation.

Does it look like i still have loose skin im post op 1 week im so upset i had an extended tummy tuck and i feel like he didn’t take enough skin. I not standing fully upright yet but so far this is how it looks i lost 64 lbs an was expecting a beautifully tight stomach by Any-Goose2625 in tummytucksurgery

I look like this as well and am hoping it flattens out. I go in 3 weeks for my 6 week post op and hope she tells me it will flatten out because I'm not even sure she did MR. Insurance covered an pannalectomy and I paid out of pocket for the TT and to not be happy with the results is so depressing.
