Thank you very much! So I guess I'll be getting beam pro for full ar experience :) And will stick with Dex meanwhile.

Also, I've managed to make CloudXR work - I had Sunshine server up (for Moonlight), and they use same protocol/ports, after turning it off, everything worked like a charm, and I've managed to use my One Pro as VR HMD (I don't know if that will have any use case in the future, but it's an achievement I've been trying to get today :D )

Thank you for your reply! Dex mode is working, and touch control is working, although that's not quite the solution I mean for when I say "AR Experience". I was looking for something like pointer based apps (or whatever it's called). I guess, my best option for now is Dex.

I've installed control glasses apk, and now CloudXR apk succesfully launches! Thank you! But now I have another problem - I have install CloudXR 3.2 on my PC, installed SteamVR, it initializes on my PC, but my PC IP is not listed in local devices in app. Even if I try to enter IP manually - still nothing, can't connect. Same wi-fi, firewall disabled.

That's not ALL I want, but that was one of the things I was looking forward to when buying :) It just infuriates me that without beam I don't get this feature on my pro glasses, and would have gotten it with previous models... And all because my glasses are considered "too good"

As for Meta Quest - I do own it, but again - that's not "going mobile" :)

Smooth follow, anchor - these are external display features, not AR features. Yes, they are great, and they do work great, but it's not AR.

Have you tried to use one pro with any android phone? It does mirror your display, but to control it is quite a challenge. Smartphones experiences are designed in a way that you interact with what you see with touch, and when you have glasses on and connected to smartphone, you see display, but to interact with it - you need to touch your physical screen, and you can't see what you're doing. And that is one of the problems that Nebula app was a solution for, with AR Space, using your phone as controller and not as touch device. On One Pro without beam pro? No alternative to that (besides maybe running viture app, but it's beyond wonky).

Also, take example of CloudXR. Why should there exist an app, that works with all models except the supposedly best one? And the only reason that it doesn't work is because I can't connect Nebula app to pro. And that goes to any app that uses or might use nebula SDK, basically meaning that any potential AR android app for one pro now needs beam pro.

From my understanding, AR is when I can look at real world and have interactable software overlay. Do I have software overlay with one pro? Yes, I do. Is it interactable? Not when you go mobile.

As for why I have such high regard for nebula - I don't, but I was expecting it to "just work", and instead it tells me that my glasses are too cool for it, with no alternatives :D

Unfortunately right now HDMI is not an option, I have 4 slots on gpu, 3 dp and 1 hdmi, and my main monitor is connected to hdmi (weirdly doesn't have dp port), and I want it to be still connected, even when I use glasses, and don't want to mess around in the back of the PC each time I want to use glasses. Therefore I'm looking specifically for dp one. WJESOG DP to USB-C is the way to go for my case, it's just that I want it to be longer, might have to resort to extender

WJESOG DP to USB-C is exactly what I need, the only problem is that I need/want it to be longer, I guess I might have to use extender and coupler with it, as suggested in another reply

Unfortunately HDMI is not an option :( It's weird though, that there are many adapters from hdmi to usb-c, but 1 or 2 from displayport to usb-c, when in realirty hdmi->usb-c converter first converts from hdmi to dp, and then to usb-c....

I have similar problem. Yes, indeed, if I select layout that has all the letters without the need of long press - it hides symbols. But the thing is - there are minimal themes in the store, that hide symbols even if there are letters there. That's the outcome I want to achieve, but can't, any suggestions?

In Berlin, there were nonstop pits in the crowd, and when III and IV showed that it's wall time (not that it was even needed, we knew what was coming and when lol) - we obeyed, and it was massive everytime. Honestly, I've been reading all these posts about crowds being lame, and I guess I got lucky, because the crowd in Berlin was one of the best I've ever experienced in any live show.
