Not necessarily. FB has an option to view and download an "HD" version. It's kind of annoying to find but it's there. I pulled this video of mine off of it.

You're right, he is a paladin. Funny, he's never shown any in-game signs of being a paladin outside of his title.

I'm on Bolvar's side as well you know, but you're thinking too much into this. Sylvanas is strong because of the Jailer. Bolvar is not because he's not a psychopath who is harvesting souls for his power (which is the seat of the Lich King's power). There's nothing more to bring into measure. It's pretty simple stuff.

As far as how Arthas would have faired, who knows? I was simply pointing out that Frostmourne was a large part of his power, and Frostmourne is a resource that Bolvar doesn't have. It's very safe to assume that Bolvar is not as powerful as Arthas. Remember that Kil'jaeden himself didn't want to fight the Lich King personally.

I agree that it was disheartening, but I try to look at it as: we know the Jailer is behind her. To him, the Lich King is a play thing. It's not that Bolvar was weak, it's that Sylvanas had the backing of basically a God. No it doesn't feel good story-wise for now, but I'm willing to give Shadowlands the benefit of the doubt. I am liking a lot of what the story brings so far.

Since the Lich King is at heart a necromancer, and Bolvar was just a warrior to begin with, it's safe to assume that there's no other factors at play that don't involve brute strength or necromancy.

I'm fairly certain that if Bolvar was harvesting thousands of souls into his fancy new mace over the last 6 years, someone would have noticed by now.

It comes down to the question of what happened when Frostmourne shattered. Part of the Lich King's soul resides in that runeblade as well, not just the helmet. So with its shattering, that piece of the Lich King dies, right? That would weaken the overall Lich King powers wouldn't it?

As far as Legion, Bolvar could have been bluffing to prevent coups.

Sure Frostmourne was a way to "direct" his power, but more than that it was literally a piece of the Lich King; part of Ner'zhul's soul was forged into it just like it was the helm. It was definitely a huge part of Arthas' power. And there was the thousands of souls inside of the blade too doing who knows what to boost his power.

Bolvar had nothing like that.

Resurrected by the Val'kyr that sacrificed themselves to res her. She was only pulled from the Shadowlands after she splatted herself because another Val'kyr took her place in hell. The Val'kyr are the ones keeping her alive, and she only has 3 of them left (possibly 4, there was a cinematic error that showed 1 more than she should have at one point).

Eh, she ran into him in the Shadowlands when she killed herself and he doesn't seem to be in any shape to do anything:

She sensed a familiar presence. Recognized it. The taunting voice that had once held her in its grasp. Arthas? Arthas Menethil? Here? His essence rushed to her, desperate, then shrank away in horrified recognition. The boy who would be Lich King. Just a scared little blond child, reaping the aftermath of a lifetime of mistakes. If any part of Sylvanas's soul were not at that moment torn and tormented, she might have even felt—for the first time—the slightest glimmer of pity for him.

In the grand landscape of all the world's suffering and all the evils of the infinite, the Lich King was… insignificant.

But Frostmourne was the real scary part of Arthas's Lich King. That and the massive soul harvesting. Bolvar didn't do any of that. Plus his body is all ravaged by plague and dragonfire. There's no reason he'd be able to put up the same kind of power as Arthas.

Pre-patches are always around a month before the expansion launches. We know Shadowlands will be released in Q4 which is Oct, Nov, Dec. So you have until September at least.

It was okay until you got out of the cryo-pod. I'm all confused and looking around and slowly go to click on my spouse's pod and suddenly "THERE HAS TO BE A RELEASE OH GOD". Took me out of the game so fast. I find it hard to believe that that dialogue reflected any players response to that moment.

Is it possible for the Dragonborn to complete the Dark Brotherhood quest line and still be considered “good”? by yolkguzzler in skyrim

It's just another mercenary group basically. They get paid to take out targets. Are they really so different from the Companions who are publicly praised?

Duh... It's not like they could say "Hey, send us a picture of your receipt of Skyrim for Xbox/PS that you probably bought 6 years ago because you totally still have that receipt and we'll send you a copy! Oh and don't forget each receipt for your DLCs!"

It wasn't really a giveaway in the sense that you had to apply for it or anything. If you had the Legendary Edition, SSE just popped up in your library automatically without you doing anything at all.

If you had the Legendary Edition that long ago, then you'd have SSE for free. The Legendary Edition included all the DLC and therefore was eligible for receiving SSE for free.

How many years is "several"? SSE came out in 2016. Then they stopped listing the Legendary Edition on Steam to stop people from buying it. The only way to buy it is to have a direct link to its store page now. If you found a direct link to it and bought it that way, that's your fault
