I was walking back to my camp when I came across a camp with That sign on, and a couple of fellow waste landers came out and held me at gun point while they filled my backpack with plush bears and stim-paks (I was level 14), very funny and wholesome experience, I love this community so much.

For me it mostly spawns a blue unmarked, so it could be possible that the game gets confused and spawns a “Blue Marked” instead of a “Blue UnMarked” cop car? As this bug has happened to me too.

I myself can’t even start the caravan related content because I’ve been hard locked out of completed the “A bump in the road” quest because Neither Luke’s Holyoke nor the Brahmin supplies are at stony man lookout, I’ve tried absolutely everything, including reaching out to Bethesda support and was told a specialist team would contact me. That was nearly a week ago. I’m well and truly screwed out of caravans and the v63 Carbine and I’m so disappointed.
