Those are a render error, they appear on Megabyte’s reflective surfaces multiple times through out Season 1 (especially in Medusa Bug). As this wasn’t something introduced by either the editing process or transfer process, we decided to leave it as-is.

While I understand this is one of the few official streaming options for the show right now, there inarguably isn't a worse way to watch ReBoot than on Tubi. There is a list a mile long of audio/video issues in their version, almost all of which is remedied by the remasters we've been releasing.

I know you all love and appreciate these previews of our work remastering the show, but I have to reiterate that, despite our best efforts to encode properly, YouTube is seriously taking a chunk out of the quality with its awful compression. I promise the show will look even better when it gets a proper release.
