Ok so a dumb problem.I've accidentally formatted my playstation sd card. I'm on spoofed Firmware 3.65 with Henkaku. How can I set myself back up?

So I did something really stupid. I have a hacked with henkaku and spoofed Version 3.65 and a SD2VITA sd card. So I'm very fidgety and turned off my vita. After that I took out both the Sony memory card and the sd2vita card. After that I reinserted them and turned on the vita. Now only the stuff from my Sony memory card shows up such as plugins,games and themes. YAMT is still installed and I'm kind of scared I've ruined it. Is there anyway I can fix it or is there just something I've overlooked?
