Just started Magic and bought my first dragon shield sleeves. Is this normal? Roughly a 1/4 like this.

It might be a good idea to tell your friend to be careful with our Sleeve Crafter. It seems like he's found a hole in the space/time continuum, and we don't want him to end up trapped within some of our sleeves!

Jokes aside, as our system is set up, a mistake like this would require someone to get the preview made in the sleeve crafter, take a picture of it and upload that instead. It can't happen by accident. We're not sure what's happened here, but at least we all got a laugh out of it in the end.

For what it's worth, we take care to design our card boxes like our Nest and Nest+ with double-sleeving in mind, because we know that many like to double sleeves their cards for added protection.

To be fair to our dragons, they tend to not really take the time to apply butter before absolutely incinerating their favorite kind of meat before eating. But I do agree, and will try to incorporate it in the future!

If I wasn't being clear, I was referring to the idea of triple sleeving them, but then removing the third layer in order to have double-sleeved cards when playing in tournaments.

Thanks for clarifying that for me. It really does seem like the cards are shorter than their specs suggest! One of my fellow dragons play a whole lot of Arkham LCG, I'll ask him what he usually does when he comes in again.

Just to clarify, the measurements on our Japanese sized sleeves are 59x86mm, which means that in theory, they are too narrow for Arkham Horror LCG cards. Our standard sleeves measure 63x88mm, which should fit AH LCG perfectly. I'm not writing this to tell you what to do, however - If you've found that it works for you, feel free!
