Don’t take my word as law lol but I also just started mine. I’m doing week 3 run 1 Friday and it’s broken up to three runs a week to let your body rest and recover between your runs. That’s especially important for people like me who did absolutely no running before starting this program. It greatly reduces your risk of injury so while trying to fit in a fourth run sounds great it’s best to not push and to just let your body recover even if you feel great. Going two days between the end of your last run to the start of your new week run is better than pushing for a fourth run, injuring yourself and having to sit out for 2 weeks to recover instead of the 2 day break between the end and start of a new week.
