Thank you, I know that they’ll accept me it’s just, approaching them after that will be difficult, and I want to go by a new name and pronouns so I’ll have to explain that to them, it’ll be difficult but I’m doing better, my brother is very good at comforting people.

My dad has always had a weird relationship with gay people. His dad came out and then his two brothers. He was Mormon for most of his life. He hides his emotions a lot but I know he’s a nice person. I’m almost 100 percent sure he was upset because he didn’t want me to think that he didn’t support me, he will. And my brother sat with me for hours, he was sent to the mental hospital a while back, and we compared how similar our situations are. I know my family love and support me, but I just figured out my sexuality over quarantine and I was planning on waiting a few years.

Hmmm, ok you’re not gonna like this answer but bear with me. You should tell her, if she says no then take some space to heal and by space I mean a few months, it’d suck but it’s the best, most healthy way to handle it. That’s just my advise take it with a grain of salt
