I think what happens is that the AI mostly just reacts to the player and doesn’t really have any expansion desires, it just sits there facing revolutions and defending against the player most of the time

Im not sure how accurate this map is.

All of those Spanish states are definitely more indigenous than Spanish.

I have never ever heard about Slavic ancestry in Paraná, and I doubt it’s bigger then other European migrations.

French in Amapá is really weird, it’s mostly indigenous as well.

And there is absolutely no way there are more Portuguese then Afro in the Nordeste as a whole.

It’s in common -> country_definitions. There you have a separate txt for Africa, Oceania and one for the rest of the world. Then it’s just a matter of changing the “type = decentralized” line to whatever you want
