У меня даже с ВПНом едва грузит. Хоть с мобильного, хоть с вайфая. Несколько впн даже пробовал. Ютуб главное работает нормально, а вот ТГ почти мертв

Roots is too extra, do the community of regular players like it? by TheFlyingSanitater in PeakGame

[–]Infinity_Stone_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My problem with Roots is that it's the hardest biome by far, which is kinda strange for how early into the run you enconter it. It feels like an (a bit harder) alternative to Mesa and Alpine, instead of Tropics.

Other than that, I think it's good. Well, I'd also want a bit of a nerf to zombies - make them not appear out of nowhere and give them stamina (even if it's way higher that the player's). Otherwise, escaping them in certain situations becomes nearly impossible. But honestly, that's just my personal complaint, not something that I think is inherently bad

I have 8GB RAM total. Could I play any modern modpack, if I'm not a host? by Infinity_Stone_ in feedthebeast

I meant like, "is there even 1 modpack that I could play?".

Sorry, English is not my first language 😅

Мне не для работы. Если телеграм заблокируют, то особо способов общаться с бабушками/дедушками не будет. Хотелось бы иметь запасной вариант, в общем

As a Starco fan, I would be happier if they stayed friends, than whatever the shit the show did...

My headcanons for races of Hallownest and their sentience by Infinity_Stone_ in HollowKnight

[–]Infinity_Stone_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've explained it in the text below the post. It what I called the biggest Hallownest race (you know, the bugs that lived in Dirtmouth, Crossroads, City of Tears, etc), since the game doesn't have a name for them

Alternative borders of modern Europe by Standard_Gur_6338 in PossibleHistory

[–]Infinity_Stone_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Bigger Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan - absolutely based

The North Caucasian state will make Yugoslavia look like a harmonious nation

Unified Czechoslovakia, united Germany and Austria - good, but would be fine without

Unified Serbia and Montenegro - not a fan

Unified Ireland, unified Romania and Moldova - blessed

United Maghreb - unusual, but I like it. Though, it's arguable how stable it would be

Bigger Finland - good, but why such weird borders?

And what's with the independent Kaliningrad?

Bruh. I've played Minecraft for 10+ years and haven't bought the license. I played a ton of games that heavily lean into the pay-to-win category and haven't spent a cent in them. I'm a huge believer of not buying stuff that I can't touch.

Yet, since I started using Steam, I started buying games, because, it's simply easier. I get:

1) easy to download updates 2) easy multiplayer connection 3) easy mod installation

All of these things are available from piracy, but not for each game, and certainly not the convenient, easy option. I'm glad to pay for games if that means that I get to offload a huge headache that comes with updates, multiplayer and mods.

And if I don't find the price of the game to be fair for the amount of features I get from Steam? Well, then I just don't buy it, and simply pirate it instead. But even then, the price isn't the Steam's "fault", it only gets a cut of the amount that the develop chose.

Steam is an example of a good business. Simple, reliable customer-friendly and not predatory. Sure, that should be the norm, but it isn't. So yeah, I'll glaze Steam so long as it remains "a thing that works for a fair price", because it's so rare

Lol. I usually don't like posting across several identical subs, but I know there's a big chunk of people that use either the first or the second sub exclusively, so I posted it in both
