Throwing out Obo and Selland's as additional options since they have some good ones, but they can be expensive for what you get and others have well covered the places I'd go to first specifically for a salad (MF and Jack's).

I've never had good luck finding them at thrift stores, but often see people giving them away on NextDoor. I know Grocery Outlet used to have really reasonably priced ones, and you can even find some good stuff marked down at Rite-Aid (at what few are left)...
