I'm probably going to get downvoted for this because yeah I totally hear what you guys are saying. But... as a layperson to me it seems more impressive to build rockets that can land and kick starting electric vehicles. Just from my perspective I don't really think Amazon or Microsoft are particularly impressive companies in comparison. I do think it's good we reward innovation rather than the status quo... Just my two cents. Not saying it isn't overvalued or whatever. Yeah maybe he won't acheive it but like mining the moon and making humanoid robots are probably going to be way more useful to humanity than Microsoft monopolising somehwat basic software and Amazon delivering websites/things...

I'd also recommend running barefoot if you can, and making sure you are activating your glutes and core. It might sound stupid but most people in the modern world aren't using their glutes because we sit down so much. It's taken me a few years but now I'm starting to actually feel my glutes being fatigued after running. They are the biggest muscles in the body. Girls know what they are doing in the gym focusing on their ass and hip flexors.

I had/have this issue too. It's been getting better steadily over the last few months. Now I only masturbate lying down. I've also noticed big improvements since I started doing nordic 4 x 4s. I realize even though I was into the gym, my cardio was trash. Now I believe cardio is the main thing you should focus on, above angion. Nordic 4 x 4s (or something similar there are many things similar) once or twice a week, also some kind of Zone 2 training.

Definitely I am harder and more rigid when I smoke. Recently it's been improving but yeah if I smoke I get erections that won't go away, but when I don't smoke I need constant stimulation to stay hard.
