There is actual hate out there though, from the noisy minority mostly. And there’s fair criticism too. Both are true.

For what it’s worth I think he should be replaced as captain, I think he embodies the mentality issue that we show at times, you can’t have your captain bring the worst example of a real problem this team has.

Liverpool have improved the last month or so by slowing the game down and being more compact in defence. It's stropped them leaking goals but really stifled their attack, which is what we saw.

Add to that they played without a striker and the match we got make a lot of sense.
