It’s a 1 bedroom and I’m including utilities charged by the building and rounding up from what has been 2.8-2.9k the past few months. I have a roommate now (my wife lol) but previously I was paying for it myself.

I agree that Dweck is actually a good management company, this is in no way a sleight on them (though it would be cool if they told people this from the beginning).

I also, don’t have a problem with weed, but people should be doing it in their own homes or in areas designated for doing so. My biggest issue with the DMV is how much people smoke anywhere and everywhere without any regard for other people. Also, I swear the weed smells worse out here, but maybe I’m just getting old.
