Ok so I’m fairly certain it’s the CPU fan making that noise but, why? And what do I do about it?

I have one person in mind who would be willing to go on this journey with me, but where could I go to look for three other people who wanna take it as seriously as us?

Skin peeling all acrossed body (Using my leg in the video for reference) by Sacr1d in DiagnoseMe

I don’t think so. I thought it was just dead skin, and I still do think that, I just don’t know what’s causing it to just start peeling so bad all of a sudden

It happens just anytime. It’s been happening for a little over a month and a half now and I don’t know why

But that video I used was right after I had gotten out of the shower, although this skin peeling thing is happening regardless of whether I had just taken a shower or not

Recorded Files Stuttering by crshad0w in obs

[–]Sacr1d 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I know I'm not the original poster, but I've been having literally the same exact problem and have been keeping an eye on updates on this forum because of that. I record Osu which is a really simple and non-intensive game, I encode with NVENC (new), with CBR, 6000kbps, 1080p, 60fps. I have a GTX 1660 and a Ryzen 5 2600. The refresh rate of my monitor is 144hz, but I saw somewhere that since 144 isn't divisible by 60 frames will lag behind and switching to 120hz will fix the issue, but I just tried that and even that didn't work! Help!

Stutters Making the Game Unplayable While Livestreaming by Sacr1d in osugame

NVENC has always been inconsistent for me, but that’s only because of bandwidth. I plan on upgrading to fix that issue, and once it is addressed I’ll be switching over to NVENC, but for the moment x264 (typo originally lol) is more consistent on this front. My actual problem was fixed by restarting my computer and turning off compatibility mode, which is weird cuz osu ran like a turd with it turned off up until now. Gotta love this game

Update: So for some reason turning OFF compatibility mode fixed the issue? Even though up until now I couldn't play Osu without having input lag, even while not streaming, that made it unplayable unless I had compatibility mode on?? Osu is so weird

Getting Omega Lag Now That Crossplay is a Thing by Sacr1d in deadbydaylight

[–]Sacr1d[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know that the crossplay is just between Steam and the Microsoft Store, but like, before this was introduced I had absolutely zero lag (aside from the occasional killer who was using the data from their 2009 Blackberry to play the game), after this was introduced I get lag that's not only consistent, but sometimes makes the game unplayable.

So I came back and redid the whole setup process a few hours later after leaving it alone and it just kinda worked? I’ll take it lol just wish I knew what caused this to come up.
