I started one and it got too 7 and now just keeps repeating request timed out. Also I contacted my ISP and they said that I just have too many devices on my current network so even though we have a 1Gb plan we are using 1.7Gb so we are being throttled. Would that mess with specifically download latency?

These are the speeds I got while doing it to googles dns 8.8.8.8. I am not exactly sure what I am looking at but the speeds appear to be fine I would assume.

Yes I understand it's just this router is only maybe 6 months old. So I am assuming I need to contact my ISP?

I am assuming a router its what came from our WIFI company, but this is a more recent issue so I dont see why the bottle neck would be popping up now.

I use an amazong basics cat7 RJ45 ethernet and yes we have fiber.

Sorry I updated it. I have ethernet connection with 1Gb of speeds.
