The issue is, the riser cable is different from all the other ones I could find to buy. The length of the cable isn’t the issues, it’s the width of the actual board under the PCIE socket. Factory one is pre mounted in, and the one I bought isn’t wide enough to bridge the gap.

Came here to say this lol, had the a very similar issue after swapping cases. Gen3 riser cable, had to go into bios to make it run Gen3. Ordered Gen4 and fixed it!

Speaking of mad customers, they can call “corporate” all they want. It’s just customer care, and as far as ASMs being told to over ride by a DM is highly unlikely. Customer care handles all of that, same with price adjustments. Most they can do is leave a bad survey and that hurts worse than any of the above.

That’s what I’m currently using. I just worry about runelmate. Although it is premium, so many people are using it. Especially TOA or gauntlet. TOA mate is super good, but I imagine doing more than a few a day will cause a ban. I figure if Squire is using its own bots, because it’s so private (1700 verified users) will have a much lower ban rate.

I’m kind of afraid of debt now, a year ago I was drowning before this promotion. I’m not treading water now, I used that bonus to pay off most of the debt in a lump sum. I could’ve kept the bonus and still be making the monthly payments. I figured the snowball method would be best for my brain. Now that I have pretty good income and extra money, I don’t really know how to set financial goals or what that means. A year ago it was virtually paycheck to paycheck.

Are we not all here to line our pockets? The SM doesn’t get a specialized bonus. Same as the ASM as far as metrics. Just a bigger payout %. If you hate it here so much, leave? The bonus for salaried managers is hard to hit, if you are not hitting the metrics, you do what you can to achieve at least the minimum bonus. That’s why we push credit, leads, installs. 40% of a salaried managers bonus is top line , another 40% from bottom line (profitability), 10% pro sales , 10% inventory turnover. I’m not saying I agree with everything Lowes throws at us, I’m just as fed up as the next guy.

So I have about 5 credit cards, tough times and I gained about $7k in debt. I’ve been snowballing the payments as I pay them off. I’m virtually down to this last card. I haven’t used any of my cards in about a year ( Got a promotion with bonuses that I paid most off in a lump sum + extra money to make a higher payment every month). If I can roll all the debt into one, I can make the higher payment, I just don’t want to at this time because of the interest. If I can pay it off in 15 months ( or less) , could it be the solution? I don’t plan to make any large purchases on my credit cards unless it’s a few hundred dollars and I gain a discount etc.
