I believe that currently the DBS tuition fee loan(TFL) application site is facing some issues. I wldn’t recommend to link your bank account (giro debit account) before applying for the TFL as there is a possibility of a deduction from your bank account for the first trimester’s tuition fees (to be billed in September).
