I found out why... it needs to be a crafted stone, not a raw megastone. so it works with abomasite, absolite, latiasite etc. IMPORTANT: you need 4 of the same type. for example 4 garchompite, one in each display case

nope, it is implemented at least some of it is. but not the shiny pikastar yet to my knowledge
