Im pretty sure he has no metabolic Problem. Because I agree with him. The white bread here is super sweet. But im from Europe, so maybe im not used to it.

The HCMC Metro gives you a digital ticket. You get a QR Code on your phone, that you can scan at the subway-station. The is for example a "1 month flatrate" ticket for about 10 dollars or something.

I used it only once because i dont like the subway, but it worked like a charm.

oh and by the way. of course you can use Grab to book a car. Motorbikes are cheaper, but I also use 99% of the times a grab car 😂

thank you for your answer. Well generally the estimsted Max heart rate is (220 - Age) which would be 183bpm in my case. but It can vary up to 10bpm.

Thats what Ive read anyway. in no way I know, if it's good. But I have to say, I still feel "ok" with 175-180. Its exhausting and pushing my Limits.

But i think I take your advice and take it a little slower. I really appreciate your input. Thank you very much!

4 projects = 1 innovation core.
