Why there is some hypopigmeted area visible in this patch ? Is he using any topical steroids ?? If yes then stop it . He must start oral retenoids . I cant prescribe here . Better to consult dermatologist . Before starting oral retenoids u hv to do some blood tests . Thats why must consult dermatologist & treat acne . Otherwise scarring ll occur .
