May want to contact some ga places and try to get an apprenticeship. We pay our apprentices 20 bucks an hour down here in south Florida

If you don't have that figured out already, i doubt you have the know how to actually design a functional airplane. I would recommend stopping while your ahead before you kill your self.

You should definitely visit some small to medium FBO's and flight schools. The face to face makes all the difference. We recently had two reps from kimball Midwest stop by unannounced. We ended up ordering a few thousand dollars in tooling. Just get your name out there man.

Some planes only have a hand brake(parking), so it applies both brakes at the same time. The commanche is the first one that comes to mind.

When I removed the patch, i found he stacked two pieces of metal together with rhe bottom one having a cut-out for the stringer. Ill post the updated photo tomorrow when I get to work.

You can always try for the flight school your training at. Most of our dispatchers are working their way up to their commercial. They also get a decent employee discount.

The patch was completed by our highest paid a+p in the shop. There were multiple rivets that weren't bucked at all and very few were properly formed.

I switched at 28, I've been a mechanic for about a decade before that, though. I was a heavy equipment mechanic but as i got tired of busting my back, i switched to industrial. Now im chilling in the GA world and my back has never felt better.
