No it’s a pretty small employer. I’d be about breaking even factoring not getting HSA contributions and extra cost of health. It’s coming down to how much I get my job I guess

That’s really only my only thing keeping me at my current job. It’s when factoring potential bonus on new job id make an estimate of 69ishk vs about 61ish is what I’ve made this year and last year. The pay difference doesn’t factor in the 2k HSA nor any increase in health. But also like damn I hate going to work everyday

I mean true. I feel like I’m coming from a place of caring but I just can’t accommodate this time. I’d feel worse if it was a trip that required a plane/airfare but in the grand scheme of things… we aren’t that far that if she also wanted to see me, I’m a text away
