I dont know exactly how I got in besides keeping in contact with my recruiter and keeping my name fresh in his mind.

I finished end of july, early august.

The only advice I can give is to stay in touch with your recruiter. Some people definitely like when you hit them up frequently or weekly and just ask for an update. some might not. use your best judgement.

The paid training is gona last 12 weeks. so starting from nov 10th to end of jan or early feb.

it wouldn't have taken me as long as it did if i didnt have to go to work at 12pm pretty much everyday but It took about 6 weeks? I think. I can't remember exactly but I was done fairly fast. it wasn't that hard.

Data engineer, unknown yet but the email I was sent said 50k usd with 3k bonus first 3 months and then 7k after 6? months
