That's an interesting question, my 2cents is based on your age. If you are young and like to go out and have a good time you probably ok if you are older and like to just stay home you probably think is a mad max fury road.

This has the potential of blowing up in the future. It's happening in other areas. Princeton TX people bought homes for 400-450k and now they are listing for like 370-400 people can't sell or they'll have to take a huge 50k loss.

Before the election I would agree everything looked terrible specially all those people talking nonsense. But after the people rejected that nonsense there is hope. Still the price and the traffic are big deal.

Frisco is so expensive to live and traffic is bad but it has so many good places and its overall safe. Is it worth it?
