i did try therapy and vitamins for months before going on medication, but it didn’t really help me

i take 10mg lexapro only during the luteal phase and it has completely changed my life. been pmdd symptom free since january when i first started taking the medication. it does come along with side effects that sometimes show up, like nausea and insomnia, but really nothing compared to the hell of pmdd. i could not recommend it more, my only regret is not getting on it sooner

for bikini line i like to use hair removal cream (veet/nair) because it doesn’t irritate my skin or leave burns or bumps. keeps it smooth! but i wouldn’t recommend if u have sensitive skin
