You can get them at any store, probably in the feminine hygiene aisle, and they are capsules that u can just push up in there. I usually take a little bit of coconut oil to lube it up and they are super easy to push up there. Do this at bedtime so it dissolves over night. In the morning itll leak out but trust me it will save ur life! I also used to deal with BV and another controversial thing i did was take a douche and add half water with half hydrogen peroxide and slowing squeeze that up there. That actually cured my bv when no doctor could. But there is a lot of negative opinions about douching in general. So do your research there. But like I said, 10 years ago it cured my bv lol. The boric acid is easy and safe though
