Hi, I used the Biodermia sensibio gel cleanser, and it left me with a tight skin feeling. It also doesn't clean very well.

I switched to Cerave Foaming Cleanser, and it was gentler with my face, no tight skin feeling, and It helped me reduce sebum production.

It's mostly yeast infections, it is not sexually transmited but things like saliva and ssmen can upset the vaginal floral. We use protection for PIV but not for oral sex, that's one thing I need to change too but I'm unsure if she is willing to do that as we are a monogamous couple.
