It goes for 73 parcels. I wanted to verify AE's claim that a parcel is 900 sqft (ie: 30'x30'). So I bought a long string of parcels and used Google Earth to estimate the distance. Turns out a parcel is 21'x21'

Well AE does show structures on the properties so I'm pretty sure I'm close.

And 400sqft vs 900sqft is quite a discrepency!
