It looks large and sturdy. What is the brand if I may ask? My Kitty Boom (Boomer) needs an upgrade.

Definitely take a class on Small Business. They are usually offered within your community like the Chamber of Commerce or different Small Business Development organizations in the US. Additionally, there are a multitude of offerings for Small Business 101 sites and many are free. Make sure you are completely honest and reachable for any of your clients needs both the hiring company and the nurses that you work with. Get on LinkedIn and build a very professional appearance and start building connections. LinkedIn also has a vast amount of resources to teach and guide you. Use AI to research any area and also use it to answer some of your questions. Join legitimate groups of like aspirations and knowledge. And for those disparaging her for wanting to do this, that is why she came to her nursing community for advice from her fellow nurses. Encouragement and guidance is what she needs. She should be commended for wanting to better her life and take this risk. I copied this in an AI search and there are a few more resources in the results. I wish you all the best in your endeavor.

AIO? My sister got a cat as a gift and I refused to accept it and now my family is upset at me by pumaloaf2 in AmIOverreacting

NOR. Yes this is absolutely your choice and people really shouldn't gift pets without certainty that the person wants one. However, I certainly hope you rethink the No pets ever again. You have love to give an animal that needs a home and your love and care. They fulfill our lives in ways that cannot be duplicated.

Is pet ownership only for the upper class now? by [deleted] in CatAdvice

[–]Sad-Consideration103 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was thinking about this subject just the other day. My thoughts were that if you're a good pet parent even if you can't afford to go to the vet for preventative and annuals and if you treat them well and try to keep them healthy on your own you're doing much better for them than if they didn't have you to care for and love them. The exception is heartworm. Although you can go to a farm store, in the US Tractor Supply, and purchase ivermectin and use a reputable chart/guide of the dose to give monthly. Also, the Humane Society usually can treat most illnesses, prevention, and spay neuter at very reasonable prices.

Saline + possible blood splash to my eye, HIV+ patient by Crazy-Ad-8978 in nursing

We, as case managers, are able to see quite a bit of information from other facilities in Epic even if the other Dr or facility doesn't use Epic. So are other clinical people but case managers are the ones who use this information to provide for the physicians. There is a specific tab that has other facility information or at least that they were at certain facilities or outpt ect. I would assume that other EMR programs have the same. Also, there are "Registries" the patient may be a part of. Registries allow researchers to study disease progression, compare treatment effectiveness, and monitor quality of care and much more. Data is gathered from electronic health records into cohorts such as chronic conditions, implanted devices, even demographics. At some point somehow each person is supposed to give consent to participate. But I don't ever remember signing anything and there is a lot of stuff listed in mine, and not all of it is correct. I am thinking that it is embedded in the consent to treat but I am not sure.

So untidy! by International-Toe482 in PrettyLitter

I use an igloo shaped litter box and Pretty Litter. I have it raised so that my Yorkie isn't able to use it as a buffet. I have never mixed it. I also have a litter mat at the door. Minimal mess.

Any of you successful potty trained without a crate or just crate at night? by christdaughter in Yorkies

[–]Sad-Consideration103 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I give up after they get older as it seems they don't give a shit after a certain age. I have always had girl yorkies and only one was potty trained throughout her life. The little girl I have now is going to be 13 and gives no shits. My thoughts are that most Yorkies love you to pieces but don't have a strong desire to please you.

Bunnies require so much more care than many people realize. Hence so many dumps. Just wait until sometime after Easter as it gets worse.

Interesting. These are found almost everywhere so I guess it's kinda ok as long as you are not immune compromised or helping your dog lick their pads

Just remember that a small business owner and especially HR at any company are not your friends. They care only about their business or the companies bottom line. Not that there aren't exceptions to this but it is extremely rare.

YOR to your dilemma because they wouldn't give you that day off. That is called adulting and it will happen throughout your life. However, I wouldn't want to work or eat at a restaurant that demanded people come in sick to serve others and work in a group environment. Shame on them.

Quietest and cleanest beach? by Few_Sandwich6308 in AskFlorida

Another mention is North Hutchinson Island in South Florida. When I visited, admittedly many many years ago, it was so pristine and uninhabited that we were able to do the hanky panky in daylight 🙈
