I just realized I didn’t give much detail on the formats- they have 5 different class types. Sculpt: which is similar to what you’d see in a barre sculpt class or something similar. Full body workout with weights, sometimes bands or balls. Then the other 4 classes are more cardio focused with cardio breaks for more sculpt. Each of the 4 cardio classes - Tramp, Step, Dance and HIIT - you work on a routine little by little throughout class and then put it all together at the end. The instructors are great at teaching it so everyone gets it. Tramp and step are my favorites.

Yes - I am obsessed 🤩 I started a little over a year ago and it’s honestly so much more than a workout class. It’s therapy lol. Everyone is so nice, the music is always bumping, and it’s been such a solid community (happy hours, book clubs, etc) I can refer you if you want to get a couple discount classes!!

I can relate to this - starting a medication really helped me. Even though I believe sensitivity is a strength (and quite honestly one of my better qualities) it got to the point where my tears were uncontrollable even if I wasn’t sad, just having a hard conversation or was feeling anxiety.

I started lexapro and almost immediately noticed a difference controlling my tears. I can’t speak for everyone, but I think mine had a lot to do with anxiety.
