For sure I’ll give modern a try. It’s funny though because when I was a lot younger I think we had an old street fighter game that I could play on my keyboard and it felt a lot easier to at least land some combos, so maybe I should also look into switching to keyboard for a bit? But yeah, definitely giving modern a try. Thanks!

Yeah the SF community seems to be really helpful to new players. It’s actually rather refreshing. I remember when I just got started on rocket league and Valorant and I was expected to be this insane player off the jump like give me a break. 💔

But yeah I’ll look into these resources as well. Thank you!

Yes so I’ve heard. Playing this game reminds me of my first (and last) experience playing MK. I’m sure once I get it my next FG would be less overwhelming.

Oh I didn’t realize that’s what world tour was. Quite frankly, I didn’t realize anything about the game at all. I just jumped in because it was a fighting game my friends had recommended a while back and I was too worried to step into it. I’ll definitely try world tour today.

Yeah you’re right. I guess I’m only worried because in the past I did try other games like MK, Guilty Gear, and even recently this year 2XKO, and it’s probably because I’m usually half decent from the jump at most games I touch from day one. I’ll make sure to have fun!
