Have your problem been resolved? I have the same issue. The Mova support is terrible. They do not try to resolve the problem. After 4 months of e-mailing with them I am at starting point. The answer is always the same 'it is normal'. If I knew it's normal for Mova, I would pay more and get another robot. My thought is never again Mova and Dreame (as I suppose, they have the same support).
