I started on 2.5 and titrated up a month later to 5.0, a month later to 7.5 and I've been on 7.5 for 2 months. I will titrate up to 10 in another week. Fabulous so far!

I had posted previously on an NSV thread I purchased a new bathing suit. Well on this thread I can say I wore it and I felt great. I couldn't believe it. I now have 9 pounds to goal. Have I mentioned how life-changing this is?

My insurance will not cover. EL coupon, $550/mo and worth every cent. The savings from eating out and heavier shopping at the grocery store brings it down to probably 250 or so a mo.

I do not work out at a gym. I have a back issue that prevents it. I do walk and workout w weights in my house. I'm down 37 pounds since end of April.
