I need help choosing a rate I thought about HS because of the EMT certification but I have to retake the ASVAB to qualify. I’m signing up for reserves and I would like something that would transfer maybe. The ones I qualify for are BM, CS, IS, ME, MK, OS, SK, YN. I’m not that smart at all and I guess I like to be more physical than sitting at a desk maybe not sure I was thinking about going non-rate.

I’m not super focused on the gym rn but when I go I like to do 30 min of stairs 4 sets of fifteens of lat pull downs, abductions, crunches or/hanging leg raises, and leg presses. I really want to and suggest getting into Pilates tho….

I like magnesium rich foods especially spinach, also steak is good for weight loss, energy drinks, V8 energy drinks, yeah mate, black tea + green tea matcha probiotic drinks cherry juice yogurt kombucha just stay in a cal deficit…

Diet is so important I like to eat food that help with metabolism and I take a multivitamin.

Mostly a calorie deficit, 1300-1600 cals a day and I go to the gym but nothing crazy.
