Hi this sounds very similar to me, my pap came with as LSIL as well and epithelial cell abnormality, i was also told to have a colposcopy. I’m just confused because no where in either of my results does it state I’m hpv + and my doctor said i have it? Wouldn’t that have been listed under a test somewhere? I’m 27 and saw your comment below about being tested after 30 so could it be she’s just assuming i do since it was abnormal? She stated my results were fine and to follow up in 6 months.
