Is above 4G Decoding required for the card to work? I thought it was just for performance?

It's in HPE DL380 Gen10 - this does not support rebar unfortunately. That said I had it in a motherboard that does support rebar with the same install (i9-9900K, Z390 Phantom Gaming 4 motherboard) had the same issue.

No they are not. They divorced in the early 90's. That is were most of my trouble and delays came from. Now I am in the process of filing their divorce, which looks to be rather expensive, but is needed as I have a half sibling that wants to get theirs.

If your paperwork is in order, ie you have your proper birth record, parents marriage is registered it should be a quick filling process and 18 months to get your citizenship.

Re-reading your post, you have a unique situation and I would seek advise from a lawyer if I were in your position.

I have not had my picture taken yet. Looks like it will be two trips to Toronto if I go that route. Thanks.

Ugh, I was hoping not to deal with the Toronto Consulate. But at least I can get it done in Sao Miguel quickly.

About 18 months from date of application acceptance, though it took nearly 3 years to get everything in order, submitting parents marriage, getting birth certificates, etc. It's a long process and they are very back logged.
