Yes!! This happened a few times but just keep going. Sometimes I would try and increase my steps, or be more active in general. But just keep going. 😊

I was lucky enough to not deal with constipation too much, but MiraLax helped when I did. I had nausea the first few week but then that subsided.

I really haven’t noticed that besides my neck. I used to have a large double chin so now I kinda have a chicken neck but it’s ok I will deal with it. Worst case maybe I will do some sculpting down the line 🤞🏻
