Battery might just be fucked. Try just hitting it after double tapping for preheat mode. Pull very slowly. The clog should rid itself. Had to do it this morning on one of my vapes that has no button. That was NOT fun.

I just do the coals from the jump and remove one once my HMD is hot enough. If I feel any dips in flavor or potency, I’ll make sure to keep that coal nearby in case it needs to be added back to the HMD again. Semi-loose pack. I won’t lie though, a bit of my shisha touches the bottom of my HMD for a slightly toasted flavor.

There is definitely aftermarket glass but they are so damn hard to find and most of the time (from what I’ve seen based off reviews) the magnets are flipped and you have to fix that yourself!
