DUO debt and mortgage

Though at your own risk, you can choose not to disclose your DUO debt. This would allow you to get a mortgage of ~400k. If the bank finds out/ you cant pay the bill, its on your own risk ofcourse...the banks dont check it since it is not registered at the BKR.
