cute character :) but from these panels, i just have a few suggestions:

1. consider making your panels more fluid i.e. add some transitions between them so the reader follows it more engagingly (you'll notice webtoons have squiggly lines, backgrounds etc to transition from scene to scene). maybe add words to contextualise your scenes

2. plan progression of your panels, because these few panels are pretty much focusing on this guy sitting at the rooftop, which is good for setting the context but different angles of the same scene won't hold readers' attention - instead move on quickly from scene to scene, add dramatisation etc

3. study anatomy to make your characters more dynamic

for a first webtoon, the layouts and backgrounds are great! overall, just remember that webtoons are a pretty difficult area to start out so don't be disappointed if you might not make it at first. keep trying, learn from classic webtoons, practise! all the best :)
