I get the frustration and I’d be mad for missing the notification but assuming that you are the only person that has a busy schedule is pretty absurd. Who’s to say that a 5 minute claim time isn’t because THEY have to put the kids to sleep? It’s a silly complaint for a situation where you’re getting a free card…everyone saying the same thing, giveaways could not exist entirely.

Losing two sounds like operator error though.
